Yup. I cut back on my iPod listening quite a bit. When I first discovered insert-earphones like the Etymotics I became addicted to them because they allowed me to listen to music while riding my motorcycles, but after reading some of the data, I began to realize that wasn't a good idea (And not just because it's illegal in many places).
